A court date, magistrate detail, sentence, housing location, or medical flag should not be assumed when the public profile does not show it. Match the booking to the court file before stating the final charge or result. No names or booking photographs are republished here.
Roane County Booking Charges Change
The charge at intake reflects the officer's custody basis at that point. A prosecutor can amend the count, decline it, or present a different charge. General Sessions can dismiss a matter or bind it over. A grand jury can return an indictment that differs from the booking label, and the final judgment can record a plea or verdict to another offense. The arrest listing is therefore the start of a case trail, not its conclusion.
Roane County General Sessions schedules criminal matters on Tuesdays, but that calendar is not a deadline by which every booking must yield a final case. The April 30, 2025 TDOC jail snapshot reported 294 people against 342 beds, or 86 percent, including 24 TDOC backup inmates. That is a dated capacity snapshot, not an annual booking count or proof that all people were arrested in Roane County. It should not be used to infer a conviction or crime rate.

Code Ann. ยง 10-7-503, a custodian who cannot promptly produce the record generally must within seven business days produce it, deny it with the legal ground, or state how much time is reasonably needed. That is an initial-response framework, not a completion guarantee.
County policy lists black-and-white letter or legal copies at $0.15 per page and color copies at $0.50 per page. Other media are charged at actual cost. Labor may be assessed after the first hour, and an itemized estimate or prepayment may be required.
